Aprons and Kitchen Accessories

I'd done these aprons ages ago but never had a real chance to wear them.. When it was time to leave the last city, I gave away a lot of things and that included these aprons. I thought it'd be nice to share them... I believe that as long as there's a photo of the thing I've made, its nearly immortal rather than holding onto the material image of the thing :D

This is the crimson Apron I'd sewn on a trial basis which turned out pretty well..

And this is the green apron that I sewed frills on for the pockets and the bottom for the first (and the only so far) time:

I made some matching accessories to go with it (more because I had the spare cloth and scraps too that I made the luggage tags from):

The tube thingie at the bottom is a plastic dispenser.. of all these things, I think this one was the one used for the most amount of time. I used the oven mitts at the old place too for the banana loaves and muffins I made... I'm contemplating buying the magic bullet blender again.. but sort of have out it off till I get more settled in the new city (and financially too!)

The pattern for the aprons is called Sexy Mama aprons which was free at the rime but I can't find it anymore.. oh btw, I tried googling it and was shown some disturbing results..  so I'd be careful hunting for the pattern if I were you... especially of a giant teddy who's dropped his pants.
