Knitted Handwarmers

I've been crocheting for about a year now and while I was beginning to learn to crochet I also tried to learn to knit. I consoled myself at the faiscos I got out of knitting that its not everyone's cup of tea.. After a year of working with yarn (who has been a total alien being for me for all these years) and after seeing these numerous blogs with super gorgeous sweaters, shrugs and wotnot.. I was tempted to try my hand at knitting again...

When you look for something hard enough, you find a way.. and I did.. I found this amazing post about a Really, really easy beginner knitting project - handwarmers. I'd wanted them for a while too.. so here's mine in this sweet Christmassie yarn I had for a long time but had no idea what to do with them:

Well the first try at least.. I forgot to leave room for the thumb :D


I'm hoping to try more of knitting soon!
